Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed with you all items will be sent Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day at a flat rate cost of £7.50. Special Delivery is for UK delivery only and will require a signature. If there is no one available to accept delivery, the item is returned to the nearest depot for collection and a card will be left. The parcel will be held at the depot for 21 days, after which time it is returned to us. Please note: the cost of any re-delivery once the jewellery has been returned to us after 21 days is the responsibility of the client. We will contact you via email if your purchase is returned to us.

If an item is valued at under £20 we are able to send this First Class Recorded standard mail at a flat rate of £3.65 however the item is not insured and therefore we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. If you would like this please contact me when you order and I’ll refund the P&P via Paypal.

For delivery within the EU: All items will be sent Royal Mail International Signed For, with insurance at a flat rate of £15.00 which includes insurance up to a value of £500. See Royal Mail for more details on tracking availability.

For delivery to rest of the world: All items will be sent Royal Mail International Signed For, with insurance at a flat rate of £22.00 which includes insurance up to a value of £500. See Royal Mail for more details on tracking availability.

Returns

All standard non-custom* orders purchased from us can be exchanged
or refunded within 14 days from the purchase date. We will issue a refund within 28 days.

All goods will be inspected on return. All products to be returned must
be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have
their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that
show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the buyer
at their own cost.

For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns of earrings unless faulty.

Please return your product to us, with a copy of the invoice or receipt.
We will be unable to process any exchange or refund without a proof
of purchase receipt.

These conditions apply to items purchased through our website or at our show stands.

Goods are returned to us at your own cost. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Once we have received the items back we will confirm by email that we are dealing with your return. You will receive your refund minus postage costs, or exchange within 28 days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

*Customised orders are non refundable.
